ConCreate Stone Veneer is an architectural concrete finish designed to recreate the appearance and texture of natural stone. It is manufactured in Jamaica using a carefully formulated concrete mixture, colour pigments and detailed moulds.

Rustic Stone Veneer combines pieces of different lengths, heights and textures for a natural, dimensional appearance. Linear Ledge Stone Veneer uses slimmer, more consistently shaped pieces to create a cleaner contemporary horizontal finish.

Manufacturing prices currently range from J$880 to J$990 per square foot depending on the selected profile and colour, as indicated with each option. Installation is approximately J$650 per square foot and is quoted separately. Delivery is also calculated separately based on the project location.

Manufacturing, installation and delivery are quoted separately. Customers may purchase the stones only, arrange their own transportation, or request ConCreate’s complete manufacturing, delivery and installation service.

Multiply the width of each wall by its height, add the wall sections together, then subtract large doors, windows and other areas that will not receive stone. You may also send us clear photographs and measurements for assistance.

Yes. Customers can select from our established colours or discuss a custom combination. Current options include Charcoal, Rust, Sierra, Umber, Pewter, Limestone and Espresso. Custom colours must be approved before production and may affect price or manufacturing time.

Yes. ConCreate Stone Veneer is suitable for interior and exterior applications, including façades, feature walls, entrances, columns, boundary walls, patios and entertainment areas.

Stone veneer is most commonly installed on properly prepared concrete, block and masonry. It may also be installed over suitable cement board or another approved substrate. Painted walls require preparation, while wood and drywall generally require a reinforced installation system rather than direct application.

Yes. ConCreate provides installation services across Jamaica. Customers may also purchase the manufactured stones without installation. Delivery and installation charges depend on the project location, size and site conditions.

Manufacturing normally takes approximately 21 business days after the 70% deposit, colour selection and order details have been confirmed. Installation time depends on the project size, surface condition, accessibility and complexity.

A standard 70% deposit is required to begin manufacturing and secure the order. The remaining 30% is due when the stones are ready for delivery and before installation begins. Complete payment terms are also stated in the customer’s quotation.

Matte and high-sheen sealing are available as a separate service at J$200 per square foot. Matte keeps a more natural, low-reflection appearance, while high sheen deepens the colour and creates a wet-look finish. Both options help protect the veneer and make the completed surface easier to maintain.

The colour is incorporated into the stone during manufacturing, so it will not peel like surface paint. Some gradual weathering may occur with long-term exposure, and strong impacts can cause chips. Proper installation and optional sealing help preserve the finish.

Yes. Individual stones can normally be carefully removed and replaced without dismantling the entire wall. We recommend retaining a few spare stones because minor colour variation can occur between production batches.

Outside corners require special planning to maintain a natural, continuous appearance. Identify all corners when requesting a quotation so we can determine the appropriate treatment, quantities and installation method.
